A little about me
As her roots suggest, Camilla’s a people person, brightening ups conversation with her ways of saying and doing things.
Proudly Italian, Camilla completed a degree in Business and Economics in Bologna, achieving her degree at Alma Matter Studiourum, the oldest university in the world, ironically in the same room where her dad’s graduation took place years and years before.
After finalising her Marketing Degree in America, Camilla moved to Australia, and she realized how many opportunities are here for work and lifestyle.
In her free time, you’ll find her looking for waves along the coast or teaching at Currumbin The Alley Surf School, with a big smile on her face.
“Surf changed me as a person, made me humbler, patient and gave me a sense of freedom I have never experienced before. That’s what I love to transmit to people when coaching, it’s a sport but I see it as a personal path for growth as well, they call it the washing machine for the soul.”
Camilla has decided to call this country home and most of all to follow her passion in helping others, both as a surf coach and showing up at the door of Black and White Estate Agents.
“Real fulfillment comes when I am able to see others succeed, when someone can trust me and is relying on me for help, I feel like I am in the right place, I am doing the right thing.”
Camilla started her career at Black and White Estate Agents teaming up with Director Paul Glazby.
“From the very first interview with Paul, I realized how much he loved his job and the environment he is working in. I then got to meet the rest of the team and I was just so inspired by the beautiful atmosphere they created all together in the office: hard working family, supporting each other in good and bad days, doing their best to value all the people they meet during their real estate journey. It made the decision to work with Black & White a simple one”.
