Jade Deluca

Whilst completing her university degree, it became apparent to Jade, that her true passion was in bricks and mortar. The option of completing her studies fell to an overwhelming desire to start a career in property.

Real Estate is not an easy industry for a young person to gain employment in however, Jades disciplined commitment to finding a role in real estate led her to make application after application for any position that became available.

This unwavering persistence and ability to not let failure become an option led her to Black & White Estate Agents.

Jade was an easy choice for Black & White and she came in on an entry level position. Her strong work ethic, determination to carve a career in this industry, cheerful and professional disposition caught the attention very quickly of her team and the directors.

Jade, is now the Executive Assistant to the Principal Licencee and General Manager, Michael & Tess Peters. Jade overseas and supports the management team in the many day to day facets of the business.
