After graduating high school, Justin took time to travel and experience life beyond studying to seek out what truly motivates him. Spending so much time away from home, Justin quickly discovered that home is what is most important to him. Thus, throwing himself into studying Architectural Design at Griffith University in the Gold Coast, away from friends and family in his effort to design houses that families can call ‘home’.

“Being young in real estate isn’t a disadvantage, it’s motivation to grow faster, higher and smarter.”

Living away from the comfort of the family home, he started working at Subway and Domino’s Pizza which sparked his interest in customer service as well as participating in the workforce where his natural work ethic was called upon for many shifts that others refused. That spark changed his goal from designing homes to be on the front lines, leasing and renting homes for families.

Which brings us to now…

Justin is now a motivated and an eager property management executive with a burning desire to do well by his clients. He obtains a fresh outlook on real estate, a fundamental understanding on customer service and a clear objective to find homes for families and tenants for property owners.

“A work ethic has been instilled in me by my parents with the focus on going the extra mile for the people you serve. It is my goal to offer the best property management experience for both our landlords and our tenants.” 

Justin has the advantage of youth and energy and applies this in his everyday dealings with people. Working long hours and helping people when required is so important and is a hallmark of Justin’s approach to his career.
